the "bounce" back UP will be interesting, Next year BETTER show marked improvement.
What if not? Whatcha gonna do about it?
I hoped that was the case walking out of the VPI game.
But I don't see a lot from the staff right now to see a way up.
Even if we improve the athleticism, we don't look like a well prepared cohesive unit.
You need to accept that this coach has a 4 year illiquidity period.
This is not a coaching issue. Good grief.
He’ll cut off his donation money
Another season like this, and his tenure becomes really liquid.
Not with his contract terms
Yes it is. Geez.
Last year 4 punts. This year 13.
We are lucky to have Brent Key on O and Collins on D for this rebuild. We WILL show improvement each year for next 5 years. Guaranteed
I got some thoughts.
No it’s not. A new coach refuses to run the scheme that drove our recruiting into the ground with a roster that is not suited to run anything but that scheme.
This is a message board where thoughts are freely shared. You shouldn't refrain, no one else is.
STINGTALK, where the idiots speak freely
I don’t see how anyone who watched the game today, in person or on TV, could not see the talent discrepancies on both lines. I thought our defense played good for a half, but when your opponent is substituting 4*’s for 5*’s on the OL while you’re subbing in one or two guys, what happened in the second half is the result of that.
I will say the pooch kickoff to open the second half was puzzling, and unfortunately set the tone for the entire rest of the game.
The upward trajectory begins on signing day. Next year will be better but the schedule gets tougher. We will be much better in 2021.
I am still puzzled by our lack of funding. That is more limiting than academics.
how long have you been a GT fan? The athletics dept has been massively underfunded since the Dodd days. Need more alumni to contribute $ and buy tickets.
I understand that. I do not understand why.
Well for one, I think I would like it a lot better if we were winning games.
