Although people may think Vanderbilt is very bad, they still are an SEC team that has had a history of giving some top ten teams a game. This is a great Way to start the season. We never usually play the best on our first game or otherwise home opener. The players went in their excited and played not only for their own fame and the fans sake (like last year) but also they played for their coaches and executed during the game. That is what turns a capable top 25 team like us can do. Our athleticism and talent mixed with the readiness gave us this win. This is a great win for tech and I hope that it continues during the course of the rest of the season. At the end the players drenched coach gailey with water. Thats a good sign.
