Thoughts...

I don't get to see many of the TECH games, due to location, however I do follow them as best as I can. So here are a few of my thoughts, apply them where you think they may fit:

1. To continually do the same thing over and over and expect different results is not wise.

2. TECH football is stuck in a most predictable pattern.

3. The Gritz Blitz never really did go anywhere against a team that could block and throw. Why should we think differently?

4. IF my job performance was under par I would be notified as such and a game plan with a time line would be administered to get me up to snuff or out the door.

5. I am tired of being disappointed.

Repeating the same mistake expecting a different result is called insanity. WE WILL SEE a total different offense Saturday. More gadgets/trick plays, gambles and the team playing loose. We have nothing else to loose. Trust me we will be underdogs in 80% the rest of the way. We have the talent. We need PASSION.

Somehow I doubt it. It seems like everyone in the world watching from the outside in knows that we need a change...but the coaching staff, judging from the past, will not allow it to happen.

IMO, next week is more of a test for John Bond than anyone else.

Does Chan still have a say in playcalling on O?

There is NO passion. And I blame the coaching staff for that. Mistakes after mistakes. Same terrible play calling. Bad decisions....this is coaching and I do blame them. I am a devoted Yellow Jacket but if I performed in my job like they have shown us, I would be on the line. I do expect more from the team and certainly from the coaches. This season held such promise...but I am tired of promise....I want Tech PRIDE.....do they not get it? DRAD does...trust me!
 
How about posting the same thing over and over? Is that a sign of insanity? If so, there are some crazy MFs on this board.
 
I have no problem overall with play calling, but the coaches are ultimately responsible for the outcome of the play, not just calling it.
