Wake's strategy with Calvin was to tackle him and take the pass interference. The 15 yd penalty was better than letting him catch it.

Not in the 2nd half. Wake wasn't covering Calvin after 15 yards because Reggie couldn't hit him in the rain.

Throwing the ball was the right call based on the defense. But it was the wrong call based on the teams ability. We could have won by sticking with Choice and not wasting downs with incompletions.
