Tony Hollings\' surgery

Just thought I'd let you guys know that Tony is having his ACL surgery today. My brother talked to him yesterday and Tony felt good about the surgery. Hopefully things will go smoothly and he'll be back 100% next season.

I certainly wish Tony a speedy recovery. It would be amazing to see him on field to start next year, burning by Auburn defenders!

Speaking of Gathers... Any word on how he is doing? IS he on new medication? I pray that he is okay.... Thanx for any updates. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JACKETS!

Pray for Tony and Greg everyday. If we ALL do that, their futures will look MUCH brighter!!!

Twiggs has some really good players this year. We've got the best team we've had since Tony graduated. We're undefeated so far this season. The defense is awesome, allowing opposing teams to only score 2 points against them the entire season. Offense is really great, too, racking up 172 points in just 5 games.

Twiggs, I didn't know y'all had any computers in Jville!!! (just janking on ya).

I grew up about 8 miles east on 96 in Wilco. Good to have ya here on Stingtalk.

Are people in Twiggs Co. following GT due to Hollings? Any GT fans now because of him?

Yeah, Twiggs has a few players that GT should be looking at. I'll e-mail GT to let them know. Tony was at our game Friday night cheering on the team.
A lot of people here were already GT fans, but those who weren't are now because of Tony. He's the local celebrity. There for a while you couldn't pick up a newspaper in Middle Georgia without seeing an article on Tony.

To ramblinwise1 -- Yeah, we've had computers in Jville for about 2 years now (LOL)but I didn't know they'd made it to Wilco yet! (Just kidding!) Glad to know I've got a neighbor on here!
