Mark Richt still makes half a million more a year, and got his contract extension in March for being the preseason #1. But hey, don't let something like logic and reason ruin a good argument by a mutt.
 
Wow. Are you really scanning each and every article for reported anti-Tech lines? That line was in middle of the article, right in the middle of where they are talking about almost losing to UK.

Yes, I am actually scanning every inch of the AJC for every notion of Anti-Techness, real or preceived! That is why you see me posting these types of articles 3 and 4 times a day.

Right dumba$$. I read the sports section, big deal.
 
yeah, tech having tied the game after trailing by 16 right before the fumble on the kickoff was meaningless. so was the tackling effort on dwyer's run to open the second half and roddy jones' last TD.
But then again, this high school offense was supposed to go 3-9 this year, right? $%^&in' Dawgs. When you exceed everyone's expectations (except your own, cause PJ's got em ratcheted up pretty high) by leaps and bounds, you get rewarded. When you underachieve (et tu, richt?) by leaps and bounds ....

I just don't see the anti-Tech spin there. UGA had more talent and more experience going into the season than we did, and we finished with the same record. That was implied in the AJC article. It was an anti-Richt statement, not an anti-Tech one.
 
I didn't read it, don't care. If you want to see an anti-Tech spin, twist their words however you need to to make it so.

They are media scum. They make their livings twisting words to "prove" whatever point they want to make.

I believe a passionate hatred of all media people, combined with their miserable financial results as newspapers sink into oblivion, is just one component of what is needed to get the country back on the right track.
