Train to South Bend

Is anyone taking the train from Chicago to South Bend for the game?

I am intrigued by the idea but can't find enough details to feel comfortable.

There was a big Hive thread on it. The train is called the South Shore and runs from Chicago to the South Bend Airport. A bus shuttles people from the airport to the stadium regularly on game days.
