TRANSFER PORTAL PLAYERS VISITING OR COMMITTING

I just heard Haynes King will be playing football next year.
 
This thread brings up a question I have. What does a player do when he visits a possible transfer school. Does he meet with the coach and receive an offer? Or has his agent already taken care of that. Does he just visit the campus like a high school commit does? I wonder if it’s like buying a used car and the coach or AD asks how much will it take for you to come here.

They are asked a relatively simple math problem.

If they whip out a slide rule: instant offer
HP-41C: need to do a few quick drills on the field before offer
Casio: must bench press 225 more than 5 times before offer
Pencil & Paper: preferred walk-on offer
Fingers & Toes: redirected to Athens
