Can we transition Collins to recruiting coordinator/hype manager? Keep him employed but separate these responsibilities from that of an actual head coach?
He appears to be able to succeed in both of these areas and could be an asset to Tech in these capacities. Recruiting is improving and it looks like we are getting some good athletes into the program. It’s becoming more and more apparent that he is not a head coach and is out of his element on the sidelines. Behind the scenes and at Waffle House, awesome.
Obvious financial implications and hurdles- if he loves the school as much as he says, perhaps he would be open to something like this.
