Georgia Tech cornerback Tre Swilling will be moving on to make his bid to play in the NFL. A tweet Thursday from a pre-draft showcase game announcing his participation offered confirmation of his decision.

Good luck - I think he has a shot. He did a lot for the team. His speed and tackling are the concerns but he could play some lock down man to man at times. I always like him and thought he was best player on team at times.

Given a solid defense, he should be fine. It is difficult to make an NFL team. I hope he is getting some focused training to help him on pro day, which I suppose we will have one at GT
