Trick Plays you'd like to see

I'd like to see a quick handoff to a pulling guard. With our smaller linemen, maybe it would have a chance. I just can't think of a situation where it would make sense.

It's not really a "trick play", but I'd love to see us do some variation on the play Florida used to do with Tebow where he had both an inside and outside pitch option.

How about a quintuple option: that plus a WR crossing the field in the opposite direction for a reverse option? That would be way too complicated for a QB to run, but it would be cool.

We run that play. We ran it a few times with Marcus Wright a couple years ago

The shovel pass. I've been wanting that for the past two years. It's a lot harder to run from under center though. Tebow to Aaron Hernandez on that play was ridiculously successful. I'm pretty sure going in to the seccg their last game, that play got first downs/touchdowns everytime they ran it.

How about the Bback takes the toss and then throws it down field. We always use a WR for this play when our Bback is a former qb. Why is that?

A pitch to the B-back who then has a sprint option with the A-back who was motioning his direction.

I would like to see the trick play where our backside lineman actually makes a decent cut so the dlinemen doesn't chase down our pitchman for a loss or minimal gain.

Whirlybird counter trap to the A gap. Have not seen it in a while. It used to be a staple of CPJ 's offense.

When the defense sits back and waits for the pitch I'd like to see us throw a pass from the option after the dive read. The WR could go block for a second and pretend to get "beat" but then go deep. Also would be effective if the safeties are committed to playing the run after the option starts.

Also, FWIW I saw a new wrinkle that I hadn't seen before against Utah. They had been dominating our smoke routes (when we pass quick behind the LOS) because the corner recognized it immediately and attacked it hard (they were well coached). So when we needed 5 yards later in the game we faked the smoke route on a QB draw and it was very effective. That was a good play call.

Have a direct snap to bback-Sims(after cheating back a tad) as QB moves.
Lots of options then-
bback goes to hole
bback throws to aback
bback divs toward line gives BACK to QB who throws long-really a fake draw play

with a Bback that can throw, lots of options
