I did the same....was on the phone for 30 minutes and got lots of blah, blah, blah.....
Freakin' company stinks.....blacked out at the last minutes AFTER paying.....
suggest everyone who signed up phone and let them have it and get your account credited. This sucks!
 
They said I was lying for saying it was on my guide...I told him to go **** himself.
 
Just picked it up on Espn360. Looked like it was blacked out earlier, but it's on now.

Fortunately got that ATT internetz so on ESPN 360 and I left my name and account and requested a service manager (?) call me Monday morning to discuss cancelling my coverage. I hope they go Vegas concierge and comp some stuff.
 
I was told by the operator that I needed a landline to order the gameplan even for a day (and even over the phone) and now 360 has stopped working for me when i try to sign in using the stingtalk user's account.
