Two Announcements from the Governor's Office

1. The University of Georgia is being moved from Athens to the Philippines, and it's football team's name will be changed to "The Manila Folders."

2. All citizens of Georgia are directed to wear black tomorrow. Just black, as the State will be in mourning.
