USA Today: Tech 36th; UGAg 10th

UGA's season will still come down to the UF game. They need to lose this game to be out of the NC picture. Unless they lose to an SEC East team they could still sneak into the SEC championship game. I do not care about their ranking, as much as being out of the NC picture.
 
If UGA loses 3 games this season, their entire program will implode. Especially if the 3 were to, oh say, Bama, UF, and Tech.


We MUST MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
 
unbelievable, the dawgs get their taints slapped on primetime television and only fall to 10th. All they have to do is win for a couple of weekends and they'll be in the top 5 again.

Preseason polls suck ass.

They were last year, too. We don't get THREE unbelievably crazy bounces of balls in the EZ and we win that game. Ditto 2006. Ditto 2005.

We seriously need to go into Athens and beat them this year. We have the team to do it.

UConn slipped right past me. It's a joke that they're ranked. All the respect due for Edsall, but Jesus H.
 
UConn is 5-0. We are 3-1, with a loss to a crappy VT team. I'm entirely unsurprised that UConn is ranked higher than us, and don't see how you guys can be outraged that they are.

If we hadn't lost to VT, sure, but we lost to VT. And we lost by playing poor football.

By order of operations, we are worse than VT, but they are better than whoever they've played, and nobody's really sure how much better.

That's just the way it is. Quit whining. We lost. If we crush Duke and they lose to UNC, then we might leapfrog them. Duke does worry me a little bit this year, though. They might be the best passing team we've faced.
 
I think the idea that we played poor football is way off base. We played pretty well for the most part against Virginia Tech and had a couple of things happen (Partly our doing, partly the officials) that keps us from winning the game.

And I don't see anyone outraged about it. Just making commentary, broseph.
