wow that's a very small margin. I guess LSU and SEC still get a lot of respect even though they don't have the record to earn it this year.

Yeah, the over looks like a solid bet to me.

I don't see this being less than a 27-24 game.

They're still LSU and they are still loaded with talent and athleticism... Don't take this win for granted guys...

I think you misunderstood me. I was saying the offenses (ours and theirs) would be scoring more than the over/under (which is 49). If anything, what I was saying would agree with your point.

LSU played Alabama very close into the end and might have won without Miles' interesting take on clock management. LSU is not a pushover and I'm afraid this has the makings of a sucker bet, or at least an attempt at one. In other words, Vegas might be betting that most people think Tech will run away with it while it actually ends up being close (or worse).

Unless LSU brings in Bud Foster as DC this week, we are going to roll. I'll get nervous if LSU plays assignment football for a half AND wraps up.

Since OP was about Vegas, I'd just like to hop on the "take the over" train. 49? LSU and Georgie went for 90. We went for 87. LSU has given up at least 27 in their last 4 games.

Hm...any ideas where/how I can easily get a one-time use credit/debit card? They don't accept my card because it's from a credit union...

Yeah, they won't accept any bank issued card really. UIGEA sucks. You can set up an online wallet at a few places, but even that's a pain in the ass nowadays.

Best bet is what gsu said, just go to a drug store or big box retailer and you can probably buy a CC loaded with $50 or something. Also, I'm positive that some places take phone cards if that's easier for you.
