I have a link to a Video Clip that proves where CGC got some of his schtick that frustrates so many of our Fans.

Problem is I can't edit the Video and part of the Video shows a hated Rival also.

Do I post the Video or is there some unwritten rule that I would be breaking?

There are no written rules. The mods prefer to base bans on their emotions and annoyance level at having to click 'read' on user reports. Think of it like your posts are being judged by a jury of your peers and sentencing is overseen by a middle aged man who takes trips to Disney by himself.
