Virginia Game Time

Does anyone know what the game time will likely be for the Virginia game?

The schedule still says TBA...but...with it being homecoming I thought someone might have some insight on the kickoff time.
 
Here's to a 3:30 kickoff. IMO, the way Uvag has played this year, it will probably be a noon or 3:30 kickoff on ESPNUnavailable.
 
Homecoming games should not be TBA. Folks make plans, you know.
 
TV runs the show (no pun intended) for game times, we all know that. So we'll find out on Monday.
 
Here's the games:

Boston College at N. Carolina
Virginia Tech at Florida St.
Virginia at Georgia Tech
NC State at Maryland
Wake Forest at Miami (FL)

Here's the TV slots:

12 - ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU (compete with Big 10)
12 - Jeff Pilot ACC GOTW
3:30 - ABC Regional ACC Game
3:30 - ESPNU (open for any conf)
7:30 - ESPNU
8 - ESPN/ESPN2

Rank the slots for TV preference:

#1 FSU/VT
#2 BC/UNC
#3 Wake/Miami
#4 GT/UVa
#5 NCSU/Md

So...do the matrix...fill them in

#1 is either ESPN/ESPN2 at 8 pm or ABC 3:30
#2 is either ABC 3:30 or ESPN/2/U at 12
#3 is either ESPN2/U or JP ACC GOTW at 12
#4 is either ESPNU or JP ACC GOTW at 12 or ESPNU 3:30
#5 is either ACC GOTW or ESPNU at 12 or ESPNU 3:30 or no TV

Since GT is playing the 4th most attractive game (as of today - this could change either way), I predict the UVa game will be a noon kick-off, most likely on JP.

It's bad enough they gave us noon for Clemson...if we have ANOTHER noon home game I'm gonna hurt something.

We aren't ranked and our opponents haven't been ranked. Our games will start being later coming soon.

The funny thing is that I need the FSU game to be as early as possible and flat out I know it will be at 7:30.

I actually think it's more about our opponents than us. The offense and defensive line are getting some national press and I think there's enough curiousity out there wanting to see us play. But our schedule has even been worse than it looking going into the season (and it looked pretty bad then).

I'm in the same boat on the FSU game. I have tickets to the The Drive by Truckers are playing at the Tabernacle that night so 7:45 start is almost a certainty

Are these all guaranteed slots for an ACC game (other than where noted)? I'm mainly looking at that 8:00 ESPN/ESPN2 slot. Didn't know one of those had to be an ACC game, but hadn't really thought about it before.

Truckers have always been a disappointment everytime i see them. Wanna see a real rock show?! Try my morning jacket. They throw down.

Nope. The only guaranteed appearances are the 3:30 ABC game and the noon Raycom game. Everything else is up to the networks. Usually the highest or second highest profile ACC game will be in the 3:30 slot, followed by one in the evening. After that, Raycom gets to pick followed by ESPNU. But that's usually. We compete for evening slots with SEC games, and the noon non-U slots with the Big Ten.
