Buzz is competing for the top college mascot, according to the Atlanta Urinal. There's also an online poll where he's competing against that mangy leg-humper from the farm school.

Also, the AJC poll has Buzz against Uga??? I think Ugag's comparable mascot would be Harry the Dawg, no?

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">Has TECH ever had a live animal mascot? I don't mean a bee. UNC has that damn goat and the Vols have a coon dog (go figure). I guess our mascots are really Buzz and the Wreck.

This sentence has nothing to do with the rest of the article. They just had to find some way to work that mange mutt into an article about Buzz. They just can't say anything good about Tech without bringing in UGAG! Cesspool of the South.

Not many people know this...but on those vote butons like on the gpburdell site...you can sit there and click the button like a video game without waiting for it to refresh. Just start rapid fire clicking, then let it refresh once in a while. As for me...in just under 20 seconds I voted 50 times.
 
New record...1 minute...2410 votes. No joke.

I clicked the button once, then simply held down the "Enter" key. Since the button was highlighted as the active keystroke, holding down enter was like repeatedly clicking on it. Wow.

On a sad note, though, I think the AJC page discovered our little trick. The numbers don't reflect my votes. Either that or the gpburdell page doesn't send the votes like it should.

Remember the George P Burdell as People's Person of the Year last year? It took them about 2 days to figure out what was going on, but GPB had about 100 times as many votes as the #2 guy!
