Always torn on him. We followed the protocols on him appropriately and he sued and was legally reinstated. Shouldn't have been doing what he was doing, but in the end, I think everyone saved face.
 
Second string MLB. And their starting MLB was the best player on our team last year.
 
Mom and Dad suck. I should be able to smoke pot! And grow it. And distribute it. And not have to answer to the law.
 
they said the incident took place on 8/23 however he was arrested on Monday (9/11)....typically that means a "controlled buy" where they get an undercover cop (usually from different jurisdiction) to make purchases from suspected dealers for a few weeks then they roll all the perps up at the end

I would distinguish this from a kid that is pulled over for a traffic stop and has 5 dimes and scales in the car

if they went to the trouble to do a controlled buy on a VT player I wonder where the "buy" took place? maybe in the player dorms?.....
