How will what happened at virginia tech affect there recruiting efforts? I was playing around on scout.com and started thinking about this. Does anyone think that it will hurt them with regard to getting a few big name recruits or will it help them? I think its bound to affect there recruiting efforts but havent made up my mind as the if it will help or hurt them.

It'll probably hurt with some and help with others. Net-net I don't think it will make any difference overall.

Minimal effect. It may enter into the minds of a handful of recruits but not sway more than 1 or 2 (and that will be because of their irrational parents).
