Wanted: Jalen Carter

Probably not a huge deal for him, personally. Maybe I’m wrong there.

Possibly a bigger deal if UGA intervened and guided him to lie to police.
Could face Felony Reckless driving charges at least as the law is written that Reckless driving charges can become Felony if the actions lead to the deaths or significant injuries of others with a 1 to 5 year sentence. If the allegations are true he very much helped contribute to the factors that lead to their wreck and could very well do jail time. It's just a shake your head sad thing young kids with some much in front of them doing stupid stupid things....

Was the 2021 Jeep Trackhawk a UGA rental too? Akin to giving loaded guns to children, given their record with scooters over there.

Participating in something criminal that leads to the death of someone is usually bad legally.

that female staffer that died was street racing him in a Ford Expedition. She had BAC of .18 and was doing 104 MPH. Holy öööö.

Trackhawk came from his NIL sponsor car dealership.

And children with loaded guns are way less dangerous, if they kill anyone it's generally only one person and because they didn't know any better.

“The investigation found that Chandler LeCroy, driver of the 2021 Ford Expedition, and Jalen Carter, driver of a 2021 Jeep Trackhawk, were operating their vehicles in a manner consistent with racing shortly after leaving the downtown Athens area at about 2:30 a.m. The evidence demonstrated that both vehicles switched between lanes, drove in the center turn lane, drove in opposite lanes of travel, overtook other motorists and drove at high rates of speed in an apparent attempt to outdistance each other. Evidence indicated that shortly before the crash the Expedition was traveling at about 104 miles per hour. The toxicology report indicated that LeCroy’s blood alcohol concentration was .197 at the time of the crash. Investigators determined that alcohol impairment, racing, reckless driving and speed were significant contributing factors to the crash.”

Carter was at the scene of the crash and left before emergency personnel arrived. Per the report, “he gave shifting accounts of the wreck as an Athens police officer questioned him about whether he had been racing the car that crashed” after he returned to the crash scene approximately 90 minutes after it happened.

What did Kriby know and when did he know it?
