Was Newberg worth it?

I have followed law_bee's lead here... I dont pay for any of that stuff... but then again, most who know me call me a cheapskate anyway.... I cant deny that.... I too feel that there is too much free information concerning recruiting, and I guess my opinion on ranked recruits etc has changed a bit over the years... I think its hard to tell how a kid will evolve.. time will tell how good the predictions were.. but it seems we rarely go back and grade the "raters"... we only look forward to see who else is coming down the pike...

Ashamed to admit it but I got sucked into the AJC's ad about "daily recruiting emails about GT".
1) They were not daily
2) They were old (compared to internet info)
3) Most of the info was not about Tech

I guess that's what I get for trying to follow recruiting on the cheap.
Did anyone else subscribe -- do you feel the same way?

there is TOO much insider info on the boards to pay for anything in my opinion.

Most of the prospect listings are free too. There is a link to all the free stuff on this page at recruiting news.

but for all you people who pay make sure you post any "news" you do get.
