through the years has been dang exciting.

I remember 22 years ago this weekend that Mover came home from his official visit to Athens and said he was going to commit to UGAg. Man was I depressed. I didn't let him know it, but I was dang sure hating it A LOT! I remember our Dad telling JD he had to mnake all his visits before he officially comitted.

A few weeks passed by and JD and I were riding somewhere together and I remember asking him where he was leaning. At first he would not answer, then he said, "I am going to Georgia Tech" My heart skipped three beats when he said that. I do not remember if I was the first he told where he was going but I was DAMN sure glad he made that decision.

Then getting to watch the next 4 years as he played in THE GAME was awesome. 2 years were better than others, but those two wins were the best.

We should have beat their ass in '83 and let the dawggies get away late in the game.

'84 was soooooooooo sweet, 35-18 will be etched in my memory a long long time. I remember the Mover at the end of the game sprinting to one side of the field and sliding on his knees and throwing his hands up in VICTORY. TOOO sweeeeeet!

'85 and G. Lee in the fog. WHOA BABYYYYY!!

'86 we came off a devastating loss to WF and just flat did not play.

I don't care what anyone says this game IS the GAME as far as I am concerned.

GO TECH!! KICK THE pups!
