We actually offered Matt Ryan out of high school

No surprise....I remember him getting an offer. Offered Flynn and Bill Foran, too. Willy Korn last year. Zach Frazer in '06.

Recruiting and offering them isn't the problem, we've done that.....it's getting mutual interest and getting them to visit and giving us the op to close that's tough.

He was a Three Star Recruit. Interesting, there has been much debate on the merits of the number of stars or the inexact science of the rating system, this seems to be a good example.
