We need to let Gailey pick his own OC.

It is obvious that the Gailey/BOB collaboration is not working. I would like to see us go out and hire an experienced OC, drop the special teams coach, and hire a QB coach.

I agree completely. BOB has proven that he does not have what it takes to lead an offense and develpe a QB.
Who would be a good canidate (realisticly) for the Offensive coordinator position?

Let Gailey pick his own OC for another team.

Maybe so Beesnut but I would like to see Gailey succeed or fail with his own staff. The BOB experiment has been a desperate attempt to hold on to the Friedgen magic. It obviously is not working.
