a handfull or more option plays against us this weekend. VT did it last year with some success. MSU did it this year with obvious success.

Be prepared to see VT giving us a heavy dose of our own medicine.

Do they run the option alot? I hope not, and I hope they try. I would love to see our defense get some turnovers.
 
CPJ has something up his sleeve... whether or not the players execute it well remains to be seen.
 
If they are using a heavy dose of option, I think that's a good sign. It would probably mean our defense is doing OK. They aren't going to leave their comfort zone if they're having the kind of success in their normal offense that every other halfway decent offense has had against our D.

The option isn't OUR offense just because we center our offense around it. It's a play that, when performed correctly, has a chance to be successful. Why wouldn't they run it against us when they already run it against other teams, especially when MSU showed that we didn't look at the blueprint LSU gave the world?
