We should handle Clemson after what I have seen!

As long as Ball doesnt get hurt we should roll after facing the defenses we have already played. There is no reason we should not be able shut Clemson down, and finally move on their suspect defense.

Gnome, I think you brought up previously TB going back to the spread offense, where their strengths lie. Whitehurst is the right QB for this system. However, as good as he is, if he puts it up 50 times I think we get 1 or 2. But the shotgun/quick release will minimize our blitz packages.

We should be able to run on them.

But in the end, this looks like a sub 7 point game to these eyes once again. If we don't lose the TO war, I think we come out on the plus side.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">You are right, but after thinking a little more about our defense, these are the best senior linebackers as a whole we have had and they have seen this offense 3 years soon to be 4. I also think that helps Henderson out, who was pretty much shut down on Sat. It will be a little more open for him to use his strengths in the passing game. Landry has been the biggest surprise for me. The guy I would pick on until he proves otherwise is still Cox at 5' 10". I do feel we need to rotate an LB or lineman in a little more and we will be ok. But I think the no-huddle is a good obstacle for us to overcome because if we want to turn the corner so to speak, and our offense picks it up a notch, then our defense and Tenuta can make the adjustments correctly.

But, if someone else had posted this, I would say you're probably right, but I really hope we don't let down after the last 2 weeks. What does your name mean anyway?

I have never thought that Gailey could get the job done, although have said many of times I hope he proves me wrong. I want to be as surprised as I was in 2000. I feel the AD has let Gailey down and that we needed a new one to bring organization to the AA. As I have said, everyone who has questioned what is going on at the Flats and Gailey in particular, including myself, would be less inclined to "question his moves" if there was more faith in the AD, who is Gailey's boss and ultimately makes the decisions for our program. Gailey has been out on an island because of the AD. I still am not sold on his philosophy but will be the first to admit his worked when the time comes.

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">My sentiments exactly, Nutts, and I don't think we will let down.

The gnomes of Zurich are the ones who control all the money in the world, aren't they, Gnome?
