On the weekly TV show yesterday, Chan called this "a good season" and said we were "very close to an outstanding season". He also said "we are not there yet, and we know it - this is just a step".

There was also some nice practice footage of TB hitting CJ with some passes.

I'll call it a good season if we beat WVU. If not, it was just another typical Chan Gailey season that ended in an all too familiar way. Pissed away opportunities and having an end of the season meltdown.

I agree. A ten win season and winning the Coastal Division does make for a good season.

So a Gator Bowl victory will mean a lot, because a loss to WVA will mean three consecutive losses to end the season, and there ain't nothing good about that.

I'll be happy with 10-4, although disappointed that a realistic shot at 12-2 fell by the wayside along with the 'trimmings' that would have come with those 12 victories.
