I have no problem going for it. But if you wanted a messurement and you're not really ready, yes, call a timeout. But I HATE the QB sneak with Ball. It's a weak play. Choice Choice Choice!!! he's the reason we were in position to begin with!

You can't risk a handoff, it is too slow developing. The sneak was the right call.

A decent push against those sissies from WF would have gotten us a first down.
 
Are you serious? There are PLENTY of quick handoff plays. I don't know where you heard that, but a dive is plenty quick. And it's not like their defense was getting that much penetration. That was a bad call considering it was more than a yard to get the first down. We're not talking about a pitch or sweep. Just a simple lead dive. Standard blast for that matter.

To get a full yard, with Ball? Not so much. He's not physical enough and WF was aware of the close. Doesn't matter anyway. Game's over.
