he is u are right. Mullen is successful b/c he uses Urbans system. Much like Nix and bond aren't, b/c they use chans.

What if we pulled an NC State and went after someone in conference, say a Jim Grobe? If you can't beat 'em, hire 'em.
Should a change be needed at the end of the season (legal disclaimer), I still like Jimbo Fisher. Granted, he's a risk, having no HC experience, but so would be everyone on our realistic list. If you want a guarantee (or as close as possible), you have to pay nearly 5 mil for a Saban or Meyer.
