What are the chances of John Bond staying?

Any chance he might be kept by the incoming coach? I'm inclined to think that if we hire an offensive coach, then he will not be retained, but if we hire a guy like Muschamp, then maybe its more likely. Personally, I'd like a fresh start, but we probably did not see the real John Bond this year because of Gailey interfering.

We'll get to see the real John Bond's offense during the Bowl game. Imo he hasn't had a real chance yet.

Apparently zero, if you put any stock into what his wife supposedly said after the U[sic]GA game("time to start packing").

I always thought that one of the big mistakes that Chan made was keeping Bill O'Brien--not that Bill was bad, but it was a holdover ---and it indicated to me a laziness or a reluctance or an ignorance of being able to put together your own staff. O'Brien didn't have the respect toward Chan or allegiance that he needed. I want an entirely new staff--everybody whose fingerprints have been on this putrifying program the past three years needs to be fired. Tenuta included.

I've always said that Bond had a serious deficit in personnel this year. All throughout the season he had Choice gaining 100+ yards per game and many plays with WRs open. He just suffered from either TB inaccuracy or, when TB was accurate, WRs dropping balls.

I may get a lot of flack for saying this, but if we hire a defensive coach like Muschamp, he should seriously consider keeping Bond on board. It's not very easy to find OCs with his experience at the D-IA level.
