I will be watching the matchups between NCS's inside OL and our DTs.

Go Jackets!!

Key: Pressuring Rivers, Hitting Rivers, Sacking Rivers.

At 6'5", he must be hit and hit hard. He'll absolutely kill us if we dont. This obviously will lead to big plays for both their "O" and our "D" but it's a must.

We need to be "in the neighborhood" by the end of the 3rd quarter. We can not have another Maryland-type second half with FSU coming to town next weekend.

I feel our offense is good for 20+ points. (Hopefully, 30+ but doubt it) Can the "D" rise up one more time?

I think for me, its how well our DE's and LB's are doing... I want to see us take away the run, and put pressure on Rivers.... from a defensive perspective, put the game in the hands of our secondary...

On Offense... I want to see our line do well against their line... I hope we use some misdirection to slow them down ... ball control, ball control... just wear them down...

Need to hold them to FG's rather than TDs when they move the ball on us.

Need to sustain drives and slow down the game.

Need to make sure they have poor field position when starting drives.

If we can do those three things, we will win this game.

I will be watching our offense. I believe we must score 30 points to have a shot at winning and our defense can't be on the field all day or school will be out. I know we can't stop N.C.State's offense but I hope we can slow them enough to give our offense a shot. It is crucial that our QB play is sharp or otherwise it will get ugly in a hurry.

We need to play with a lead. I feel more comfortable holding a lead than trying to come back.

On offense - control the clock, keep the D off of the field.

On defense - pressure Rivers and don't miss tackles.

I am inclined to agree with all of the above posted keys, but I want to stress that we have to stuff the run. We will have to force them to be one dimensional if we expect to win the game. As for our offense, if we just prevent turning the ball over, we should be fine
