Jaybo gets hurt early? This really worrys me. Who comes in then? Dykes didnt look to good against Miss st. Booker isnt fast enough. IMO i guess you bring Booker in and pass a little more. I just REALLY hope he doesnt get hurt.
 
We will be fine. All the QB's look better when they are running with the first unit.
 
If this is to happen, I will catch the next flight out of Naples/Rome (whichever leaves first) and cause bodily harm upon your person. Do not jinx the team like that.
 
The good thing about our offense is that their isn't as steep of a drop-off after the first/second string QB as most other teams. At many schools that run a more pass heavy offense, it is a nightmare to lose your QB, while in our offense, it is still a major concern, but it isn't a deal breaker.
 
True cajun, I also do not think that we will have any problems with the QB position this week. From the looks of things Josh will be able to play, but since he is "cold" and in order to prevent a complication of his injury he will get limited snaps, and the snaps that he does get will be mainly as a test of his recovery. God willing, we will have a healthy team down the stretch.

This is exactly what I was going to say. You could tell against MSU that even though Dykes was slightly slower than Shaw, he still was running the offense fairly well with the 2nd/3rd stringers in there.

We haven't seen Dykes with the 1st team line, RB's, WR's, etc. I think we'll be just fine with Dykes in there. It's a credit to the coaching staff that we have 3-4 QB's that we feel good about having in there. Of course we'd love to have Nesbitt or Jaybo, but I don't think there would be much of a drop off with Dykes or Booker if they're surrounded by the 1st team.

Guys, Bryce Dykes looked pretty good this spring behind 1st string O.
 
We add a receiver and get Dwyer to take the direct snap from an upright B' position, of course called the WildJacket formation...

Cry because either Houston Nutt just became our head coach...or John Bond somehow snuck back on the coaching staff.
 
PJ is anticipating the possibility Jaybo gets injured.

In addition to Bryce getting snaps, Tevin Washington also got some work and will dress out for the game. Tevin has shown he can make some plays with his feet in this offense. PJ would prefer not to burn his redshirt, but he needs a number three QB ready. I have not heard anything about Booker.

Don't want to see that for sure but I would not be surprised if we see some time from CB regardless, I would like to see us mix it up and make some noise in the passing game.
