Before tonight I thought the Jackets had a chance to rebound from a fairly slow start and make something of the season. Now I have no idea. We loose to BYU with having chances to win; Beat AU in fairly handy fashion; control FSU for 50 minutes in Tallahassee, but come up short not due to lack of heart, but due to lack of depth; tonight at BDS @ HGF we get steam rolled by Clemson. Wasn't televised, and I have no way of picking up the Jackets on radio due to living in SW GA, but seeing the score constantly going up and up for Clemson on the sports ticker on ESPN was sickening. There just seems to be NO consistancy. What's left for the rest of the season? I know there's no need to throw in the towel as of yet, as something good can still be obtained from playing hard the rest of the season. Question is will the team still have heart enough to play hard for this coaching staff the rest of this season, and stay upbeat in the face of this current adversity. Maybe the coaching staff can hold this thing together somehow. I know they need to or more embarrassment is surely on the way in weeks to come. I'll bleed "White and Gold" whether we win another game or not. I just hope the coaching staff and team feel the same way.
Anybody got any ideas on what's going on, and why?
At least UGA got beat today. That was good to see.
