Sorry, I am just really bored. Answer the following:

1.) Beverage?
2.) Food?
3.) Company?
4.) Entertainment?
5.) On Radio / TV?
6.) Time span?
7.) After the game?

Here is mine.

1.) Bud Light
2.) Brots
3.) Brothers and old college roomates
4.) Cornhole
5.) Preferable UGA game, if not any ACC game
6.) Probably about 4-5 hours before the game
7.) Rocky Mtn for more drinks, then home

Anyone else

1. Raspberry Mikes Hard Lemonade (let the insults begin)

2. Beer Brats on a bun w/ spicy mustard and horseradish

3. College friends

4. Throwin the football or frisbee around

5. ACC game or pregame show. UGA game not so important unless they are losing bad.

6. 3 hours before game

7. a. Win: Party at friends apartment (Rocky Mtn = packed)
b. Lose: go home and go to bed

Nice thread idea. Bad first two drink choices :).

1) Depends on the weather, probably some variety of Sam Adams.

2) Brats/boudin. Charcoal grill.

3) Friends and family of course.

4) Toss the football around, maybe a game of beer pong or two.

5) U[sic]GA game if it's close or they're losing, otherwise

6) 10 am if it's a noon or 1 game, noon for any other game.

7) Noon game do a post-game tailgate and watch afternoon games, otherwise depends on if we win and how burnt out I am from the tailgate.

1. Gentleman Jack and Diet or Sweetwater/Dogfish Head. If I start drinking before 10AM, then I like Belhaven Scottish Ale (my breakfast beer) or a good mimosa
2. Burgers/BBQ, baked beans, chips & salsa, BBQ chips and chocolate chip cookies
3. Old lady and college roommates and friends
4. Cornhole and some football, yelling the 'good word' and occasionally harrassing annoying opposing fans
5. Country music / whatever we can pull in on the rabbit ears
6. 4 hours
7. Win - stumble somewhere close for food and drinks, Lose - crash on the couch at home with a cold one and cheer against UGA or whomever else playing who is on my hate list

1. Champagne of beers

2. Cuban/Steak Sammich...or Fried Chicken messiness.

3. Hopefully, someone not as lazy as myself brings satellite tv for football watching purposes.

4. throw the football.

5. play cornhole (the non-gay kind)

WIN

go out to a sports bar

LOSE

make a bar in my bedroom and cry deeply

1.) Crown and Ginger with a lime. Newcastle.
2.) Beer Brats. Drunken Chicken.
3.) Friends.
4.) Football. Bocce.
5.) Widespread Panic. Never worked out the tv.
6.) 3 hrs
7.) Go home and watch the myriad of games that i've dvr'ed and haven't heard the scores to.

1.) Landshark or Sweet Water
2.) Burgers
3.) Megan Fox
4.) Watching other football games on TV
5.) College Football on Satellite
6.) All day leading up to a 7:30 kickoff
7.) Megan Fox

You're obviously from midtown.

Definitely not. You could say that I have sissy tastes when it comes to alcohol but I just don't like beer. It doesn't taste good. Almost everything else is expensive or takes work (mixed drinks). Whiskey is ok but if you drink it like you are thirsty you will get smashed but I will do some shots.

With a Mikes Hard lemonade you can drink all day and both lemon and raspberry flavors taste awesome. And you can't deny the awesomeness of the commercials.

But I knew this was coming so whatever.

1.) Early Morning: Screw Drivers; Morning, Afternoon, and Supper: Canadian Whiskey and Beer, I'll drink 'em all, you beer snobs
2.) Bratty Melts (it's a combo of brat and steak "patties" cooked like a patty melt and damn good)
3.) College buddies, sidewalk friends, family, and my girlfriend with her friends (sadly most of them are UGA, but they're easy on the eyes and have a good time)
4.) Beer pong and watching college coeds with score cards
5.) College Gameday
6.) 4-8 hours
7.) Anywhere but El Bar behind El Azteca on Ponce, seriously that place should be shut down

7.) After the game?

1.) Crown/Jack & Coke
2.) Array of deli meats, cheeses, bread from Publix
3.) A) Family B) Friends cheering for opposing team if we're playing mutts, clemson, or F$U (it spices up the experience)
4.) Tossing the football in Peters/Occasionally loiter in YJA
5.) Wes on the mic
6.) Probably about 2.5 hours before the game
7.) Win, or heart-breaking loss I tailgate in Peters until traffic clears. If its an embarrassing loss I go directly home.

Mike's is tasty, no doubt, but I feel sick after a few. Probably from the sugar. Beer is my friend :D And since I only insulted you last time:

1.) Coor's Light
2.) Brats and burgers, maybe bust out the smoker for a big game
3.) Friends, fraternity brothers, whoever the hell wants to come... the more the merrier as long as they wear gold
4.) Frisbee, conversation
5.) Whatever is the best game on
6.) A few hours before kickoff
7.) If we win... go out drinking. If we lose... go home, drink, watch football, watch the highlights of the loss on SC, cry then go to sleep.

Sunny and 75. Good burgers and tequila. GT wins the National Championship. Fantastic sex with the co-ed I had been staring at all day while tailgating.

This is easy:

1. Get there the day before to set up the 2 RV's and 5 Tents (yeah it's about 25-40 people weekly)

2. Nattie's or Coors Light (usually da Coooooors)
3. Burgers, brats, deer sausage, and whatever everyone brings
4. Tech Fans....unless it's my idiot brother who went to UGA thus kickin' himself out of the will
5. TV at the tailgates before and after....don't listen to headphones at the game that's for the fogeys...I watch the game and see it there
6. Tailgate starts the night before....but I usually get there by 7:45 am if I don't stay in the Winnie
7. Couple Beers....watch other game for a bit.....then head home.....Win or Lose ..... it's over and there's no sense cryin' a river.....just move on hope for someone else to lose and get ready for next week

1.) Beverage?
Zima
2.) Food?
Slim Fast - maybe some salad
3.) Company?
Elton John and Richard Simmons
4.) Entertainment?
A Mime
5.) On Radio / TV?
The Wiggles - or maybe Dancing With the Stars
6.) Time span?
Usually don't have time - I try to get in the stadium before the 1st quarter ends
7.) After the game?
Leave early to beat the traffic - Maybe sometimes I get beat up first

Sorry - that Mike's Hard Lemonade thing realy threw me off my game...

 :D

1)a.)bloody marys to coors lights for noon kickoffs
b.)coors lights and random shots for 330 and 730
2.)Fried Turkey, burgs, dogs, fries
3.)As many game-bound, rabid friends as possible
4.)Must be either gameday on TV or pregame on radio
5.)4 hrs prior to kick and in the stadium before the 12 min mark of the 1st(unless there is a flyby)
6.)win: drink excessively in celebration and revel in SC clips
lose: drink excessively in sorrow and force feed myslef SC clips and tell myself its gonna be ok

The IDEAL tailgating experience involves neither losing nor any variety of Mike's Hard anything. I hope most of us realize those two points are redundant, but to continue for further clarity... Zima is not involved either.

Personally, I think Megan Fox was / is a good choice, and would be for every point on the list. I'm not sure how Megan Fox can be used as a unit of time, but given the opportunity, I'm sure I could and would come up with something.

you choose your drink by "awesomeness" of commercials? i'm hoping you're an alias and/or kidding.

if not. keep your fingers from typing. seriously.

Anyone else

1) Yuengling on Friday night, Bloody Maries Saturday Morning, Crown & Coke all day Saturday, water, water, and more water Sunday morning

2) Pork ribs, hot steak fries, homemade Krystal burgers, and the ever-present Chick-fil-A nugget tray

3) Everyone i've been tailgating with at AMC for the past 7 years...there's usually 2 or 3 other Tech fans there.....

4) Entertainment- cornhole, some new game with the rope that has a ball on each end that you throw at a bar, beerpong, toss the football around- and the people I tailgate with can be pretty entertaining by themselves

5) the ambient music unique to our tailgate, wander over to one of 4-5 TVs at the RVs each one on a different game or Gameday

6) Ideally- arrive anytime Friday night- otherwise, by 9 am Saturday regardless of gametime

7) Lots more tailgating after the game, in most cases leave Sunday morning

It was a joke GDT

The Zima might have gotten by you, but the fact that I would 'admit' I got beat up - or that it 'ever' could happen - should have alerted you.

I'm like Samuel L Jackson's wallet in Pulp Fiction.

And by the way - If I ever 'did' drink Zima - which I wouldn't - Zima would become a man drink at that very second and would 'then' be socially acceptable.

Get some.
