It was a joke GDT

The Zima might have gotten by you, but the fact that I would 'admit' I got beat up - or that it 'ever' could happen - should have alerted you.

I'm like Samuel L Jackson's wallet in Pulp Fiction.

And by the way - If I ever 'did' drink Zima - which I wouldn't - Zima would become a man drink at that very second and would 'then' be socially acceptable.

Get some.

techfowl,
I knew your post was a joke.
I laughed.

That said... Zima, socially acceptable... ever? No.
In fact, I'd consider it a tool used by those who would attempt to poison and destroy my Brothers.
I'm sure you agree.
Stay thirsty my friend... just not for Zima. ;)

1.) Miller Lite- gotta keep it light and cheap
2.) Brats and Burgers....mmmmm
3.) Any GT fans, I don't care who..if Charles Manson was a GT fan...well slice and me dice me baby as long as we win!
4.) Just enjoying the scene and drinking beer
5.) Any other football games are usually the ticket or the pregame show
6.) 2-3 hours
7.) If we win then I drink copious amount of frothy goodness, if we lose same thing only for a different reason....

This post has really got me ready for some GT football!

1.) Start with tequila sunrise, move to whiskey and coke, sometimes then just whiskey.
2.) Low-country boil or barbecue a whole pig
3.) My brothers and about 150 of our closest friends
4.) Shenanigans
5.) FSU game if it's on
6.) Mow the hallway at 8 am
7.) drink water to sober up for that night's party

What the heck, Ill play:

1. Various. Mostly Yeungling, maybe a few of GTg8ers imported Bourbon Barrel Ale, and moving into bourbon/rye and coke later on on the day.

2. We have an assorment, normally I do a ton of chicken legs with various marinades/sauces on the grill, buddy does ribs, few brats here and there.

3. Fraternity brothers and each of our extended circles of family/friends.

4. Bocce. But we'll also have ladder golf, cornhole, and occasionally horseshoes floating around.

5. If they could ever get the %#$*ing dish pointed in the right direction by 10 am, gameday followed by whatever the noon games are.

6. The longer the better. (how many of you just thought "thats what she said?"). The ones I enjoy the most we get out there around 9 for a good breakfast, slow cook some pig all day, and have way too much food and beer left over end of day.

7. Usually split off to seperate parts of town, and then meet up to watch the night games over beer/pizza/leftovers.

Was at a bar last weekend in Knoxville, and the bartender said he tried to get Zima for their wine cooler night (as a joke, but he said people drink it as a joke, and its cheap). Can't get it very often any more, but I guess occasionally someone finds a palette of it in the back of a warehouse.

If you're ever in knoxville check out the Fort Sanders Yacht Club, hell of a fun time, cool bartenders, bunch of old arcade machines (set a high score get a free beer), and home of the boones farm challenge.

1. Makers and Coke and keg beer all day

2. Arrive on Friday night and fire up my 3,100 lb BBQ Smoker with keg-a-rator attached and start smoking the Boston Butts, pork ribs, and beef briskets. Get up around 5 am and check the meat and stir the fire while pouring a beer from the keg

3. Tailgating buddies, friends, and family

4. We have a 40' RV in our tailgate group

5. watching Gameday on the outside big screen from the RV

6. Arrive Friday night or early-early Saturday morning

7. stumble back to the RV and keep drinking from the keg and talk trash to all my GA buddies about how much they suck and why we are so awesome

Picture of my pride and joy, my pull behind bbq smoker (that is getting a face lift this week with new 316 stainless steel doors)
