That was a confusing article. Penn State coach Franklin complained about both teams going through the same tunnel at the same time caused problems between the two teams at the Michigan stadium. Then the Michigan person said peanut butter sandwiches were thrown at Michigan players. Would this be done by Michigan fans? Or is the whole thing just a put on.

This is a hype thing Michigan does. Both locker rooms are close to each other and they usually hold one team back while the other enters/ exits. Michigan needed a half time boost so they let the teams interact. Multiple times this has happened (not pb&js) against their bigger opponents. Franklin is just being a cry baby because Michigan put up peak triple option rushing numbers on him.
