We locked in what appears to be the main 2 for a few years, based on what they have done so far.

Mean EV/R looks to be about 4:1. High end looks to be about 4.7. At 3.7 EV/R we look a bit undervalued. Not buying Arkansas as #18 or Mississippi at #29.

Almost all of the value is built into the affiliation with the school. If someone buys Alabama football and moves it to Vegas, it will be worth less than an XFL or USFL franchise.
