1. We need an ArmyJacket-esque type of poster that's willing to do previews of the games and such. It doesn't have to go into such detail. But we need someone who will steer us into talking details on the next opponent. Any takers? If not, I nominate AXE. Axe, you've shown that you're willing to take the time to really look hard at the rosters and such. You've hung out at spring practices. You've posted all types of player info on here. Would you be will to be our AJ? Maybe or AJ Lite? Just a thought.

2. We need to all ban together and not respond to *******. He will not be censored on this board. That's fine with me. But when we respond, it serves his purposes more than ours. As a matter of fact, as a test, let's see if ******* responds on this thread. If he does, let's ignore him.

3. We need our very own BBQ listing.

Just a few thoughts of mine. Anybody want to add anything? Axe, whattaya say?
 
1. I was thinking of doing something like the preview for the games, but I'll defer to Axe if he wants to do it, since you nominated him. I do think he would do a good job, and I'm not even sure I would have enough time to do all of them anyway.

I've been working on a preview for our team that is very AJ-esque in it's length. I'll try to finish it up tomorrow if I can.

2. I agree! I've never responded to any of his posts on the Gailey/Braine topic. I feel it just makes it worse.

3. If we get a list going, I nominate Slopes BBQ in Roswell. Pretty good stuff.
 
I feel someone will rise to the front and take over this task.

I agree that pre game analysis is good discussion material.

Stingtalk has not gone through its first preseason yet, but I can see that things are starting to heating up.

The prediction program is going to be a big hit. It was one of the best things about the seminole board and I think everyone is going to like it.

With regard to the board's appearance your comments are welcome especially if you are having difficulty reading something. We realize people are using different resolutions and we are trying to accommodate everyone.

As you can see Beestorm tends to change the boards appearance every few months and dont hesitate to critique something. Stingtalk is the posters/readers message board and we are always looking for ways to improve it.

If you want to offer an idea or suggestion and you dont want the whole world to comment on it just email Beestorm or myself.

If you wanna be the AJ Jr. of this board, that's fine with me. I was just throwing a name out there. Looking forward to your breakdown of the Vandy game. That should be interesting.

Sure, I wouldn't mind doing the game previews. I'll take on the roll. I'll try and have one up for Vandy later this week.

I spent some time talking with Gailey about a month ago... from what I can remember... he was planning to take his first look at the schedule sometime during the first week of August... just an FYI...
 
Here's one to add the BBQ list:

Richardson's BBQ in Iron City, GA. It's in an old rundown shack, but they serve some of the best BBQ and Brunswick stew you'll ever eat.
 
Iron City is a very, VERY small town in SW Georgia in Seminole County. It sits in the middle of Bainbridge and Donalsonville on Highway 84. I grew up in Donalsonville, and Richardson's might be the best BBQ I've ever had, and I've eaten a lot of BBQ.
