What was your favorite Eason interception?

The one that caused Georgie to lose, or the one that cemented Georgie's loss?

It would be like picking your favorite child.

Really proud of the response by the defense in the Fourth Quarter, as a whole. I was disappointed how they really got run roughshod over for pretty much the entire first 3/4 of the game, but they seemed to finally bow up and show some pride in the Fourth Quarter. Ultimately, that's what forced Georgia to have Golden Boy throw it a little more, and he sucks badly on short to intermediate routs. Everything's got zero touch on it and is just inaccurate enough to cause a nice drop or deflection, and in the case of this game, the deflection went right into the hands of our budding star corner, Lance Austin. From about the UNC game on, he's been coming along really nicely. I just hope his brother Lawrence and some other guys like Step Durham can start to catch up to him in development. Lawrence Austin, in particular, seems to be getting targeted by the opposing game planners the past few weeks as the slot corner. Teams are really trying to pick on him.

Really happy with the response by the whole team in the Fourth Quarter after being really well positioned late in the Second Quarter and letting Georgia off the hook. Between the chop block call and Willis' fumble, we got zero points out of what I hoped would be the Daily Double before and after the half and the chance to go up 14 points. Falling down 13 points instead was rough, but the offense moved the ball pretty well most of the game so they still had a puncher's chance. Pitch was there most of the game and their back end looked pretty clueless in coverage all game, too. This portends good things. I don't think Kirby knows a damned thing about coaching to stop the 3O.

I mean the last play of the game was hilarious. Dude has been lauded all year as having an NFL arm. Home boy couldn't heave it past 40 yards on a Hail Mary. Receivers overran him by 15 yards. :lol2:
We actually got to him as he was throwing.

Yeah, he couldn't step into the throw because he was running for his life. I was surprised they got any pressure with the 3 man pass rushes they were putting out at the end of the game, but thankful they did.

The first one was great. Somehow, I wasn't even surprised - just nodded and said "well, we've got a shot."

From my seat, one of the biggest plays was the drop by their tight end with a lot of field in front of him on second or third down. Don't know if it was as scary on TV as it looked from the stands.

That's like asking which Stones album is the best, back in 1970.

yea, he had room to run. looked like the ball was just a little ahead of him or tried to run before he secured it. in either case, eason is awful. he has no touch, throws 100 miles an hour. accuracy sucks. the last INT was about 4 feet behind the receiver. we were fortunate that the receiver stuck his hand back and tipped it.

Every Eason interception is special and deserves to be loved in its own way.

The first was unexpected- who the hell throws in that situation?
The second was comical- the man-child with the million dollar arm couldn't even get the ball within 20 yards of his receivers.

The throw was behind the TE a good bit. He made a good play just to get his hands on it.
