What is ND thinking right now?

"We're going to be hearing all week long on how we have ZERO CHANCE of beating Georgia Tech -- ZERO....

Bring it!"

"I've watched enough highlight tape of Georgia Tech's two "scrimmages" this year to devise a game plan for the Fighting Irish to win a game that no one in the media will give us a chance to win this week."

(Yea, but uh, ND should've lost their "scrimmage game" with UVA.)

da'brains of der'operation:

"Everyone knows how ND’s hiring process can drag on but looks to be a done deal. Below is a link to his bio from Boise State."

"MIKE SANFORD
Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks
Alma Mater: Boise State (2005)

"Mike Sanford, a Boise State graduate and a quarterback for the Broncos from 2000-04, is entering his first season as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at his alma mater.
He returned to Boise State after spending the previous three seasons at Stanford (2011-13). He began his career as the Cardinal running backs coach in both 2011 and 2012, and then coached quarterbacks and wide receivers in 2013.

He was Stanford's recruiting coordinator in each of his final two seasons.

The Cardinal won the Pac-12 Championship in both 2012 and 2013, earning back-to-back appearances in the Rose Bowl. Stanford also played in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl during Sanford's debut season with the Cardinal.

The Cardinal ranked 18th-nationally in rushing in 2011 (210.6), a major reason Stanford finished the season ranked seventh-nationally in scoring (43.2) and eighth-nationally in total offense (489.3). Sanford worked closely with Cardinal running back Stepfan Taylor, who broke the school's career rushing record in 2012, a mark that had stood since 1981.

Under Sanford's tutelage, Cardinal quarterback Kevin Hogan completed the 2013 season ranked 21st-nationally in passing efficiency (151.5).

Following his playing career with the Broncos, Sanford served as a graduate assistant with UNLV from 2005-06, where he worked with his father, Mike, then the head coach of the Rebels. He moved on to Stanford, where he was an offensive assistant from 2007-08.

His first full-time coaching stint came at Yale in 2009, where he coached tight ends and fullbacks and served as the team's recruiting coordinator.

The following season (2010) he coached quarterbacks and was the passing game coordinator at Western Kentucky.

Well there's a surprise, you show up talking ND.

"IF WE SEE THIS" -- VICTORY LIST (need FIVE OF SEVEN to happen):
Do not turnover the football. Brian Kelly is 18-0 at Notre Dame when his team does not turn it over.
We must score TD's -- on at least 87% of our trips to the Red Zone -- field goals will not win this one. We will need to score at least 39 points to win this game -- the three teams that beat GT last year averaged this point production.
The Tight End position must become a target -- with five or more catches in this game.
We must turn over GT at least two times.
We must make at least five tackles for loss in this game.
We can't be forced to punt more than three times in this game. In GT's three losses last year -- their opponents were only forced to punt 3 or fewer times.
We must limit GT's big chunk plays -- of more than 20 yards -- to no more than 3 in this game.

Well no öööö sherlock. If you see that, you beat anybody.

That guy left out, "We have to be sure to eat our Wheaties for breakfast."

I'm not a ND fan at all.

Recall that had not Lee probed & scouted all their strengths and weaknesses, there would've been no Second Manassas.

I am grateful that UVA helped us with that in their "scrimmage game" w/ ND.

ND: Pride precedes humility.

You should at least do a better job at least trying to participate in other threads if you don't want us to suspect a spy. You are one dimensional.

Anyone who poses as another team's fan on a message board is a grade A loser. Murph, you're a massive loser.

I hope BVG doesn't read the boards. Would hate for him to get ahold of the blueprint

To be honest, I don't think it would matter if he saw it. I'm thinking a 2011 Kansas style butt whooping is coming his way.
