That was a crazy lateral on fourth down to save the game by Arkansas. öööö.
 
So Bama is somehow good enough to be ahead of several undefeated teams, even though their best wins are against UGA and A&M teams we now know aren't very good, and they've lost to a team that's about to be dropped from the top 25. No SEC bias there.
 
Very entertaining game to watch. So much for these vaunted SEC defenses

It'll all sort out after the LSU game tonight. No chance two SEC west teams make the playoff. But definitely agree that it's silly. They really should just wait to the bitter end to select the teams like in basketball.
 
Alabama being ranked fourth was garbage. Root for FSU to beat Florida and then Florida to win the Sec Championship. Would be as delicious as pit-roasted Bielema with BBQ sauce.

Are you watching them tonight? Unless I see something different later on I'm convinced we'd have negative yardage against their defense.

Besides there is no use getting worked up about the rankings this early on. Things will sort out.

With Auburn looking like it's going to beat Texas A&M, Auburn is ready for Top 10 status again. Look out Dawgs!

I always disagree with retroactive justifications of rankings. The committee didn't have tonight's performance when they slotted them at #4.
