When do you start playing for the future?

So ... 1-3. UGAg ... Miami ... we can pretty reliably pencil in 1-5. vs Duke, at VT as well. They may not be favored for a game remaining on the schedule beyond @UNC and vs BGSU. It's highly likely to be a losing season. So, when do you sit the seniors and start getting game reps for people who will still be around next season? I'm not a fan of trotting out seniors with nothing to gain when you could at least, at bare minimum, be investing in the future.

Cant shit on the seniors. Need to play the younger guys more though.

Get the taste and the nerves out. Maybe. I dont know. Still not sure he will be fired. Want him to be.

If you aren't burning a red shirt, game experience is good to have.

Give everybody game time. Get ready for UGA. Only thing to save this season.

I can understand the OP sentiment, but I don’t want any (especially younger) players exposed to cpj and Sewak coaching as much as can be avoided.

They have to practice, but hope the can just work on standard football fundamentals instead of the ego driven & dirty coaching of C don’t want him - don’t need him PJ & punk butt Sewak.

I'm doubting that we will ever see Graham play a down in a GT uniform, regardless of the coach :crapstorm:

This is bullshit. First off, you never give up on a season. That's what quitters and losers do. Secondly, these Seniors have spent 4-5 years practicing and working their ass off to get to play. Pulling them in favor of giving younger guys experience would be unfair to the time and effort the seniors have put into the program.

I'm not saying you bench them. I'm not saying you take a knee every down. I am saying you start playing to win the war instead of the immediate battle. You start rotating in -- particularly in games that are decided -- younger blood heavily.

Clemson played all 72 players on the travel roster against us LOLOLOL we were a scrimmage for them!!!!!
