when was last time you WERE HAPPY after GT fb season....

I feel pretty good right now. The fact that we broke the FSU and Georgia streak, saw offensive improvement (not counting last night's aberration), and had our best record percentage-wise since 2000 makes me happy.

Am I satisfied? HECK NO!

Am I proud and happy? HECK YES!

I have a feeling we have a coach for whom this is really going to stick in his craw. There's going to be some good come out of that eventually.

It's bad now but if we have a successful run of a few years this will just be looked back upon as the last (hopefully) game before it started.

I am interested to see what happens as we rotate in some new blood on both lines, bigger interior DLs and OLs recruited specifically for this offense.
 
I'm very happy. Would have liked to have gone down with a little more respect last night but very happy.
 
Well since it was asked; I was happy at the end of last season --when CCG was fired and CPJ was hired.

I think most are SATISFIED. We have some young players who will learn from this experience and hopefully it will pay off on the back end.
 
I'm ticked. I don't see how anybody is happy following an ass whooping like that. I feel bad for the seniors too tough way to go out.
Plus, I had just got home and was going to watch the third quarter of the ugag game...

Somebody deleted it... 2009 could be a long year till fall

I'm happy with the GT season, but I'm extremely upset about the last game. I never want that to happen again.

I think PJ and the rest of the team is pissed too and they'll come out in 2009 ready to avenge the beatdown we just took.
 
I'm happy, but my trust in CPJ is not as complete as it was before last night. That was a poorly coached effort all the way around. It was very similar to the G-W game, except we were playing a team that could make you hurt for it.
 
I'm happy now at the end of this season. This was like a Cinderella year for GT football to me. No one expected us to be worth a darn and we came out and defied the odds. I'll always remember feeling similarly in 1990 when we went through our NC year -- it was just like a Cinderella year. Also, I've been very happy EVERY single year that we beat UGA -- it tends to take the edge off of anything else negative during the season.

I agree with what Coach Johnson said last night in the locker room show -- about the team really over achieving this year. I'm proud of them and think we have a lot to look forward to in 2009 and beyond!
 
This was definitely no HAPPY ENDING season.

However, the end of that atrocious streak almost renders the bowl performance irrelevant...almost.

In all honesty, 1998 was the balls. Never felt better...of course since 1990!
