I didn't notice any yesterday and today I only see the coaching staffs wearing anything military related.

I buy something every year but slim pickings this year.

Maybe nothing because it conflicted with homecoming this year?

Batt’s got a lot of work to do. The staff needs a top to bottom cleansing and I’m sure he’s working thru it. We’re probably the only major P4 program outside of the places you’d expect to miss Veterans Day.

As a side note, the VMI game on 9/14 was the designated "Military Appreciation Day".... thought it a bit odd, possibly the result of some scheduling quirk, when I first got the announcement.

In years past, this weekend, or the home game closest to it, would've been Military Appreciation Day".

We had a couple dozen recruits enlist in the south endzone on 9/14. The was GT's token demonstration of appreciation our military vets and those still currently serving.

We only have 5 true home games this year and just 4 on Saturdays. There is very little we could do to deal with scheduling conflicts like this IMO.

Senior day on the last Thursday home game.
Only one October home game and 10/5 is a little early for homecoming.
That means UM was homecoming, which couldn't also be Military Appreciation Day.
Military Appreciation Day made the most sense being held against VMI given the schedule layout.
