Where is Lawton Hydrick these days?nm

I saw Lawton earlier in the season (I think at the Dick Bestwick get-together at Stone Mtn) but I only had time to say hi and keep going. I had my son with me and we headed on in to the Army game. I'll ask around to see what I can find out.
 
he is a personal trainer at The Forum at Lenox. I worked with him for 10 weeks and he about put me in the hospital. I had to back away. Lawton's a great guy but a freakin' animal when it come to training

He was a trainer at Jeanne's when I was working out there many years back. He finally convinced me to sign up for a PT session with him. Oh my gosh I almost died. He worked me so hard I lost some of my hearing function for the rest of the day. Not sure the medical reason but my hearing was fine before we started.

He's a great guy. Worked at the AA for years. I think DB sent him packing. Shame.

If you can get one other to go in wth you and work out he will do it for 45$ an hour. if not, then single is in the $80 range Ithink. It's the longest hour of your day I assure you.

PS: yesterday was the first day I was able to put my right arm over my head.

has broken his clavicle in two places and has a 30deg compression fracture on his L1 vertebrae, from previous car accidents and drunken brawls, which necessitated a "slow progression" approach to lifting
