This is the little icon in the right corner that allows you to send a post to the moderators that you find objectionable.
When you click the alert a box pops up that allows you to type the reason you feel the post is inappropriate. If you feel it is OBVIOUS then you can just type "nm" in that box.
PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME that we have read and approved every post on the board. Our philosophy is that everyone moderate themselves. Sometimes we miss some things. That it why the "whistleblower" alert is there to allow the members to easily bring something to our attention.
