could play and where in a spread offense like Clemson runs? Some guys would have to move positions, but maybe we could piece together something out of our roster now.
Because, I am no longer interested nor engaged in what is being put on the field by this staff.
I may watch a game or two this year - but I think we might end up with 2-3 wins total. Who wants to watch that?
Crappy product.

Toughest thing would be OL and building a WR corps. Our current OL might even look ok with better coaching and scheme. At WR we will have to take the best of our receiving A Backs and young wideouts. Probably should make Juanyeh learn WR. Between Lucas and James Graham I think we could get decent QB play.

Why go to a Clemson type spread when everyone says the way to draw top recruits is pro set?

Y’all remember with vad CPJ ran a lot of spread pistol things.. and the line could barely pass block still back then. He always says if he thought being in the shotgun would give us a better chance to win he would do it.

Comes down to O line play. It would take a few good lineman recruiting classes to be able to shotgun here

It would take O-line coaches who knew how to coach to be able to shotgun here.

I think both Graham and Yates (assuming he stays committed) could excel in that type of offense.

I’d love to see Taquon in a wide open spread offense, slinging it around the field. Imagine 33% of the time when we get that completion! Whew!
