Who the heck designed the ticket purchasing webpage?

I totally agree. You'd think, with such an acclaimed Computer Science and HCI school, we'd figure out how to sell season tickets. I should be able to pick my seat online.
 
I agree - unfortunately they've farmed out the ticketing operations to third parties...

We're at their mercy.
