Very surprising that the Bulldogs have beaten Auburn, Alabama & UAB this season:wow:! Mississippi St is 6-4 with their only Ls coming @ West Virginia, @ South Carolina & home vs LSU & Tennessee, who lead for the SEC Championship Game. HC Croom has MSU improving at a rapid pace.
Miss St has gms left @ Arkansas & home with Ole Miss. The Dogs will play in a Bowl gm, as well:eek5:.

I don't think they expected the boys from Starkvegas to be this competitive when we scheduled this series.
 
Croom is doing a good job the right way. He inherited a crap program on probation, caught some flack early but appears to be turning it around. Miss St is tough to recruit to, beat some good teams this year and they will be going to a bowl.

all those hotseat lists should be removing him this year.

I don't know if he is a 'great' coach, but he is doing a solid job this year. Lets see if he can sustain and improve.

I agree that Miss St. is playing great football. There is no reason they should not be able to complete as the state of Mississippi has a lot of talent...Miss St has no extra academic restrictions in recruiting (just the NCAA min's)...and they are in the SEC.

We are definitely not playing them at the right time next year! Maybe DRad should get Louisville back instead!! :laugher:

I do not even want to think about next year with our OOD games being against BC, Clemson, and FSU.
